This product has only the Anti-dsDNA activity when tested by ELISA. The titer obtained will vary with the test with the test system.
Specificity:
The specificity is verified by ELISA and radio-immunoassay. This product shows no reactivity at a dilution of 1:100 when tested against purified Ro/SS-A, La/SS-B, Sm, nRNP, Scl-70, ssDNA, and Jo-1 antigens in an ELISA system designed to detect IgG antibody. This product is negative for anti-ssDNA in a radio-immunoassay.
