Purified E2T hepatitis monoclonal antibody, HRP labeled. Ascites fluid is collected from mice injected IP with a hybridoma cell line producing monoclonal antibodies against Hepatitis B core antigen. The resulting antibody is purified from the ascites fluid by Protein A purification and HRP labeled by SATA/SMCC methodology.
